On August 11th, Stinkfish will debut a new collection of works at Carmichael Gallery’s three person exhibit entitled ‘Primeval’. Recognized internationally for his large, colorful murals, the Columbian artist is known for working from photographs of local people that he takes in passing and later turns into stencils that will form part of the finished work. For this exhibition, the street artist uses vintage Playboy magazine covers as his canvas, transforming the girl next door into stunning ethnic beauties with tribal markings and tattoos.
